At Picmondoo, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery – no questions asked.

Return Conditions

  • You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in China (details provided upon request).

  • Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@picmondoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
