About This Artwork
The Title combines two Worlds:
“Medusa” is the scientific Term for Jellyfish – ancient, pulsating Creatures of the Seas.
“Solaris” refers to the solar, the luminous, the burning.
This Jellyfish does not seem to drift only in the Water – it glows.
Warm Yellow, Orange and Red Tones in the Bell meet cool Depths of Blue and Green. Its delicate Tentacles appear like flowing Energy, like Threads of Light spreading into the Ocean.
“Medusa Solaris” stands for the Strength of Opposites:
Heat and Depth. Calmness and Movement. Delicacy and Strength.
An Image that is not loud – but intense.
About This Artist
Miriam Schelle is an artist, author, and creative entrepreneur. Her motto, “Color your life,” stands not only for color on the canvas, but for consciously bringing creativity into your own life.
